Next time I have time with my sketch pad, I'm going to try to copy/imitate other people's work for practice and to familiarize myself with different styles. There's this gorgeous piece by Haji Noorideen that I want to try and a few others I've seen online inshallah. I found some sites with some tips, hopefully it'll help.
Sad proof of my retarded artistic abilities. The overall concept was interesting... in my mind at least, but on paper... not so much.
I don't know what to think of this one, my sis liked it so I guess it's not all that bad.
This is the first one I did today, it didn't come out as I had imagined it in my mind... I'll try again later Insha'Allah.

I haven't used crayons, markers, colour pencils in such a long time... I went searching thru my stuff for them and I found a pack with some missing and unsharpened, thought to give it a shot. Insha'Allah I'll look out for those :D
