California (L.A) Part 2

California didn't like me very much. It did weird stuff to my face... I'm guessing it was the water or something and my hands and fingers were swollen most of my time there. Also, I never knew it was possible for me to get sun burnt or a tan or whatever seeing as how niqaab covers thy face. The part of my eyes and whatever else is still exposed to the sun, became darker and the rest of my face was my regular skin colour... which was a pretty hilarious sight to be honest. East coast likes me, everything's back to normal Alhumdulillah. But the weather was MUCH better there than here Alhumdulillah.

We went here on the 16th.... Palos Verdes area is gorgeous and the houses are stupid expensive and built literally at the edge of this mountain like place.

California (L.A) Part 1

Best thing about california? I was easily waking up instantly at 8/9 a.m. which was quite amusing having known that it was about 12 pm in VA, so waking up early was not a problem. Hollywood was a dump, literally and to go there at night is horrible. Alhumdulillah we had an awesome time though... I could go on and on... instead I'll share pictures.

Our hotel- The first night we stayed at Howard Johnson, then second day onwards we stayed at a Double Tree hotel.

Downtown L.A. - We went to downtown on the 21st to do some shopping, but didn't really do any... just got a few gifts and stuff. This was the only day we actually went shopping during our trip, thankfully Alhumdulillah. We were so exhausted from disneyland the day before.

We named parts of downtown - poopistan, badbooistan, kachraistan...
